Hunter Hedrick

Hunter Hedrick joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2020 and serves as a Market Associate in the Dallas Tenant Representation division. Hunter focuses on advising clients on their office and industrial relocations, facility evaluation, strategic planning, client focus, contract negotiation, financial analysis, and market knowledge.

Prior to joining HLC, Hunter was an intern for Newmark Knight Frank where he managed and expanded the NGKF client database, reviewed leases and prepared lease abstracts, and researched sales comps and local market rents.

Hunter received his BBA in Management with a minor in Finance from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business. 

Hunter is a Texas Real Estate Commission license holder.
