Dylan Cummins

Dylan Cummins joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as a Market Analyst. Dylan is responsible for assisting in executing transactions on approximately 4 million square feet of office assets, representing both private and institutional investors. Dylan focuses on marketing HLC properties, gathering market intelligence, and identifying growth opportunities for the Dallas Office Group.

Prior to joining Holt Lunsford Commercial, Dylan was a student at the University of Mississippi where he achieved a BBA in Finance. Additionally, he was a member of the school’s real estate program and took part in an international studies program through a study abroad opportunity in Innsbruck, Austria. Dylan was apart of the Holt Lunsford Commercial Internship Program in the summer of 2024.

Dylan enjoys all sports Ole Miss and spending time with his friends and family.
