Doug Lueders joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2000 and serves as Chief Financial Officer of Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI). He is responsible for the development and implementation of financial strategies, debt and equity execution and compliance, strategic planning and budgeting, capital partner and banking relations.
In 1989, Doug joined Transwestern Commercial Services as Vice President – Corporate Controller. During his 11-year tenure with Transwestern, Doug served in several financial capacities with the most recent as Senior Vice President – Chief Financial Officer. During this term, he was actively involved in managing numerous financial functions including corporate and project accounting, finance, strategic planning and budgeting, federal income tax and audit, internal and external reporting, investment analysis, project acquisitions, and development accounting.
During this same period, Doug contributed to Transwestern’s rapid transformation from a small regional company in 1989 with 150 employees and 12 million square feet to a national real estate service company with over 1,400 employees and 100 million square feet at the end of 1999. Prior to joining Transwestern, Doug served as assistant controller with Vantage Companies and was with Coopers & Lybrand.
Doug graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting and earned his CPA certification.
