Cory Maltz

Cory Maltz joined the industrial tenant rep team at Holt Lunsford Commercial in February 2025 and serves as an Associate. He is responsible for executing transactions in the NE Fort Worth/Alliance market.

Prior to joining HLC, Cory served as a Senior Sales Agent for Comparion Insurance in Fort Worth, focusing on all personal lines of insurance. He established a robust referral network based on his expertise in homeowners’ insurance as it relates to the home purchase transaction. Cory loved helping protect his clients’ cherished assets and carries the attributes and skills from his time in insurance into his industrial real estate clients.

Cory received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2013 and is a Texas Real Estate Commission License Holder.  

A pitcher in college, Cory was a 4 year letter winner and was selected in the 2010 MLB Draft by the Tampa Bay Rays.

Married to his wife, Jessica, they have an 8-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son. When Cory isn’t going to his daughter’s cheer competitions or coaching his son’s tee ball team, he enjoys playing golf and woodworking.
