Chris Bryan

Chris Bryan joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2022 and serves as Investment Analyst for Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI). Chris is responsible for underwriting and evaluating potential investments, supporting the team in the execution of transactions, and using data analysis to monitor industry trends.

Prior to joining HLC, Chris gained internship experience working with a single-family lot developer, and he completed various educational programs, such as Argus Enterprise training. During this time, he gained valuable experience in market analytics and financial modeling.

Chris attended Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas before receiving a BBA in Finance from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkansas. While at Ouachita, Chris received the Eddie Ary Outstanding Senior Finance Award.
