Carter Snelling

Carter Snelling joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2023 and serves as an investment analyst. He is responsible for underwriting potential investment opportunities, assisting with the asset management platform, and supporting the team in developing the leasing and ownership strategies for Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI).  

Prior to joining HLC, Carter sold industrial equipment in Little Rock, Arkansas where he familiarized himself with the industry and developed skills in customer relations.

Carter attended Texas A&M University where he met his wife, Landry, and received a BBA in Finance from the Mays Business School. Since moving to Dallas, Carter and Landry are looking for a church to get connected in where they can serve the Lord and grow in community.
