Bryce Adams

Bryce Adams joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2021 and serves as a Senior Associate for Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI) where he is responsible for the sourcing and execution of development projects in the DFW region. He will take the project from conceptualization through exit– including site identification, contract negotiation, site due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction completion.

Prior to joining HLCI, Bryce gained internship experience over three years working at various commercial real estate firms including Paul Johnson & Associates, Transwestern, and Holt Lunsford Commercial.

Bryce received his B.B.A. from Abilene Christian University with a major in Finance and a minor in Spanish. While at Abilene Christian University, he was named University Scholar and received the Lemoine G. Lewis Valedictorian Award. Bryce is an active member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
