Brian Mullen

Brian Mullen joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as a Vice President of Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments(HLCI). He is responsible for the sourcing and execution of development project in Texas.

Prior to joining HLCI, Brian was Vice President of Development at Four Rivers Capital focusing on commercial and multifamily opportunities in Dallas-Fort Worth. Before Four Rivers Capital, Brian spent seven years at StreetLights Residential in finance, asset management, and project development roles for project across the Sunbelt.

Brian received his BBA in Finance and Master of Accounting from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. He is a licensed CPA in Texas.

Brian is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and serves on the Leadership Alumni board of directors. He is active at his church and at Forerunner Mentoring in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas.
