Brandt Markussen

Brandt Markussen joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2020 and serves as the Senior Construction Manager in the Dallas Office. He is responsible for managing Development and Tenant Improvement Projects.  Brandt focuses on carrying projects through pre-construction, due diligence, engineering, and design throughout the construction process.

Prior to joining HLC, Brandt served in a Project Management role for 10+ years at Rogers O’Brien Construction and CBRE where he managed Development and Tenant Improvement construction.  While at Rogers-O’Brien and CBRE he gained valuable experience working on Industrial, Healthcare, Hospitality and Tenant Improvement projects.

Brandt received a BS in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University
