Braden Coates

Braden Coates joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2024 and serves as an Industrial Tenant Representative focusing on the Garland/Mesquite submarkets. He is responsible for executing transactions on behalf of industrial occupants in the DFW metroplex, representing both local and national companies.

Prior to joining HLC, Braden was a Business Valuation Specialist at Deloitte, LLP in Dallas, where he performed valuations on both public and private organizations in the industrial, technology, and consumer products industries. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on complex transactions, as well as performing detailed financial analysis on the historical and forecasted performance of on-going business interests. This experience gave Braden strategic insight into the day-to-day financial decision making of companies.

Braden received a BA in Government and master’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin where he was president of his fraternity Delta Tau Delta and was involved in Student Mobilization.

Braden is a member of Northway church in Dallas, where he serves as a leader in the local missions and connection’s ministries. Braden enjoys golf, fly fishing, horses and college sports
