Ben Hogan

Ben Hogan joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2025 and serves as a Market Analyst. He is responsible for assisting in executing transactions on approximately 4 million square feet of office assets, representing both private and institutional investors. Ben focuses on marketing HLC properties, gathering market intelligence, and identifying growth opportunities for the Fort Worth Office Division.

Prior to joining HLC, Ben was an intern at STRIVE Real Estate in Dallas, where he maintained the firm’s database to ensure it was updated and reflective of the current market. During this time, he gained valuable experience working with analysts and agents to provide accurate information on behalf of their clients.

Ben received a BBA in Finance and a Certification in Real Estate from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University.
