Ben Griffin

Ben Griffin joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2025 and serves as a Senior Construction Manager. He is responsible for executing Capital and TI contracts in the Dallas market as a part of HLC’s 1.5 million square feet of office assets, representing both private and institutional investors.

Most recently, Ben was a Senior Project Manager in both the commercial and residential spaces, ranging in size and scope from 100k to 20MM. During this time, Ben gained valuable experience working on various large and small new builds, occupied renovations, indoor sports complexes, and even medical facilities while providing excellent customer service to his clients.

Ben, played college football at the University of Kansas, as well Carson-Newman University where he graduated with a BA in Psychology. Ben is a US Army Veteran, and served over a decade as a Police Officer and PE teacher prior to beginning his career in construction management. Ben is a proud husband, and father, and credits his Faith as the foundation to any great relationships or accomplishments he has achieved.
