Adam Brown

Adam Brown joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2025 and serves as Vice President of Multifamily Construction. He is responsible for delivering high-quality, on time and on budget ground up multifamily construction projects. Adam focuses on all phases of construction from pre-construction planning and budgeting to project execution and close-out.

Prior to joining HLC, Adam led construction efforts of over 4,000 multifamily units with Westwood Residential Companies. Notably, he served as a third-party general contractor on behalf of Westwood for Billingsley Company, helping deliver several high-end communities known for their elevated design and modern amenities. Adam brings to HLC, over 17 years of multifamily construction expertise in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination and quality control.

Adam attended University of Missouri Saint Louis.
