Thomas Grafton

Thomas Grafton serves as a Vice President for Holt Lunsford Commercial’s Fort Worth Industrial Division. Thomas is responsible for project leasing, acquisition/disposition services, and tenant representation with a focus in the south Fort Worth industrial market. Since joining HLC in 2016, Thomas has played an instrumental role in executing over 3,500,000 square feet of industrial, flex, and land transactions valued at more than $70,000,000.

Prior to joining HLC, Thomas gained invaluable experience interning for several commercial real estate companies, including; Pennybacker Capital, Live Oak-Gottesman and McDougal Companies.

Thomas attended Texas Tech University, where he graduated with a BBA in Finance/Real Estate. He is a member of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth.
