Suzette Thompson

Suzette Thompson joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2005 and serves as a Senior Controller of Project Accounting. Suzette is responsible for supervising all aspects of property management accounting and reporting. This includes financial statement reporting, cash management, year-end expense recoveries, instituting accounting policies and procedures, facilitating audits and managing accounting staff workload.

She has over 30 years experience in real estate accounting and began her career in 1990 with Bradford Realty. She later worked for TCP Holdings and North American Properties. 

Suzette is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of North Texas.
