Pat Hamilton joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 1996 and serves as Vice President to the CEO Office of Holt Lunsford, Founder and CEO. She is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the operation of the CEO Office, including communication and implementation of all requirements from and relative to the CEO.
She is responsible for the company’s Values and culture curriculum, including the initiatives, implementation and training program.
During her twenty years of employment with HLC, Pat has served in numerous capacities. In her preceding position, she served as Managing Principal, Administrative Services, where she was responsible for Human Resources and Office Services.
Pat’s prior experience also includes service with Trammell Crow Company and other real estate companies in Houston and Denver.
Pat attended McMurry University and Texas Tech University.
