Pat Hamilton

Pat Hamilton serves as Vice President to the CEO Office of Holt Lunsford, Founder and CEO, and is a Shareholder in the company. She is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the operation of the CEO Office, including communication and implementation of all requirements relative to the CEO.

Pat also oversees the company’s Values and culture curriculum, including the initiatives, implementation and training program.

During her twenty-four-year career with HLC, Pat has served in numerous capacities. In her preceding position, she served as Managing Principal, Administrative Services, where she was responsible for Human Resources, Office Services and IT.

Pat’s prior experience also includes service with Trammell Crow Company in San Antonio, and other real estate companies in Houston and Denver.

Pat attended McMurry University and Texas Tech University.
