Geoff Shelton joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2008 and serves as Managing Principal of the Fort Worth Office Division. His primary responsibilities include project leasing and business development initiatives for HLC’s office portfolio in Tarrant County and Las Colinas. During his time at HLC, he has completed over 700 transactions totaling over 3.8 million square feet and producing more than $280 million in total transaction consideration.

Prior to HLC, Geoff worked in the Client Services Department for The Staubach Company in Austin, a Market Coordinator for Grubb & Ellis in Dallas, and most recently as the Landlord Representative for a family office, Dal-Worth Management, in Fort Worth.

Geoff received his BA in History and Government from the University of Texas at Austin.

Originally from Fort Worth, Geoff is actively involved in The Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, The Steeplechase Club, Cook Children’s Hospital, Junior Achievement, and Rivercrest Country Club.
